Riga’s most popular hotel was totally renovated a couple of years ago. Hotel Latvija has excellent conference and seminar facilities, a good gym, and city’s best bar for sunsets. From 26.th floor Skyline Bar one can see the whole Old Town plus much of the rest of Riga. The hotel has a good stock of smoke-free rooms, actually whole floors are smoke-free.
